Water pressure in the shower a bit weak, which can be a dampener if you're looking for a strong rinse. can't complain about much.

The room was clean and spacious, really comfy beds that made for great sleep. I loved the eco-friendly toiletries and the thoughtful extras like tea and coffee in the room. Breakfast was impressive, way better than expected with plenty of local options. A few minor issues like weak shower pressure, but overall a fantastic stay!

mccrae's was a lovely find! john is such a friendly host and made our stay really enjoyable. the breakfast was amazin, especially the porridge which i highly recommend. our room was super clean and comfy, felt like home right away. it's nice that there are only a few rooms, so everything felt really personalized and we meet cool fellow guests.

the shower pressure was kinda weak and parking can be a bit tricky. also, more privacy curtains would be awesome.

a lovely location, but shower pressure was absolutely weaker than expected, and I can't believe there was no complimentary gesture to elevate my experience. the room was fine, but I woudl've appreciated some extra attention. almost gave a positive review, but just couldn’t with all these downsides lingering.
